  Incompetent. You're forced to get your mail through them but if you can don't trust them with any sort of important document or package. They did not forward mail during a temporary change of address and did not deliver mail at all for a week afterwards. When I called during the temporary change I was told the mail carrier forgot to forward mail and that everything sitting in my mailbox would be forwarded at once. I never received any of this mail! Because of this I failed to receive a number of bills, a package, a payment check, and an important government document.

  Went in to change address, was told that they were gonna call in the morning and now it's been almost a month and haven't received a call or keys to my new mailbox..

  Rude as can be. Waited forever to find out about my package and then she told me they sent it back so I shook my head because they waisted 30 minutes of my time and when I did she said whatever all snobby and slammed the door. She said she would keep looking for it tomorrow.. shouldn't you know what you have at your job. Another typical post office experience. Oh and don't bother calling they don't answer the phone

  Tracked my package from Canada and can’t even get it cause they are to lazy to put card in box to let me know it’s there been sitting there for 2 days now got to wait till Monday cause they aren’t open saturdays like most post offices are till noon
